Who we are

What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and party size, and any note you send us.
- Payment: card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits and a token we can use for the payments you agreed to.
- Identification: short-stay guests provide photo ID as a condition of the stay. It is stored securely, used only to confirm the identity of the person booking, and deleted 30 days after departure.
- Residents: if you rent from us long term, we hold what the tenancy requires — lease documents, payment history, and maintenance requests.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have asked for them. You opt in by ticking the box on our booking form,
and that consent is recorded with the date and the reason.
- What we send: booking confirmations, reminders to complete check-in, and payment notices — for example
that a scheduled balance is about to be charged. These are messages about your own booking. We do not send marketing texts.
- How often: only when something about your booking needs saying. Typically a handful of messages per stay.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email us.
- We do not sell or share your information, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or
affiliates for their own marketing. Your phone number is used by us, for your booking, and nothing else.
Who else sees your data
Only the services that make the booking work, and only the part each one needs: our payment processor to take
payment, our email and messaging providers to reach you, and our hosting provider to serve this site. None of them
are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Photo identification is deleted
30 days after departure. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete what we are not required to keep.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Weather on the stay pages is fetched from a public forecast
service when the page loads, which does not identify you.
