WOW! We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house on the water. We trailered our 24' boat and ventured out daily to: captive island, sanibel island & cabbage key (just to name a few). We saw dolphin, manatee & sting ray. We lots of shelling and saw amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this rental property. Beautiful home and super clean. 👍👍 Our stay was from 8/7-8/14/2026.
We were able to see so many islands and beaches from this well maintained and equipped house. We cooked out Lobster, snapper, steaks and spent our days island hopping with Dolphin, Rays and Manatee. Awesome time and will certainly return.
Ryan’s place was exactly what we wanted! Peaceful, large private lot. We fully enjoyed all he had to offer. From spending the mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the swans, to fishing off the dock, to kayaking around the lake. The house was roomier than the listing photos appeared. Plenty of room for our family of 9 to relax and enjoy ourselves without feeling like we were on top of each other. The hammocks were a nice touch as well as use of the floating mat in the garage. Plenty of parking room for our 3 cars. We even had enough space to play pickle ball in the drive. While in town we visited the local hot spots, Whitmore Lake Tavern, Whitmore Lanes and Whitmore Links, along with Dee’s place for ice cream (which we walked to). As soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home and after the 1st day everyone was asking if we could book again for next year. Overall we had a fabulous time.

Crown Property Services owns the homes it rents. The same people choose the furniture, take the call when the furnace stops, and hand back the deposit. That is the whole model, and it is why the list is short.
Twenty minutes north of Ann Arbor and about the same south of Brighton, on a lake people have been coming to since the interurban ran out from Detroit. Close enough to a game day or a conference, far enough that you hear loons instead of traffic.
Pine Island has no beaches, and that is the point — no beach means no beach traffic, no high-rises and no crowds. What it has is water on every side, the best fishing in southwest Florida, and the islands everyone else lines up for a short boat ride away.

The whole house, linens and towels, a stocked kitchen, wifi, and parking. Each stay page lists what that particular home has. There are no resort fees, no cleaning surprises and no tax added at the end — taxes are included, and what you are quoted is what you pay.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. If the calendar either side allows it we are happy to flex — ask when you book rather than on the day.
No — both homes are pet-free, with no exceptions and no pet fee. That is partly for the guests after you: allergens stay in a house long after the animal has gone. Trained service animals are the one exception the law requires; tell us before you book.
Each home sets its own — it is shown next to the price on the home's page, and the calendar will not let you pick a stay shorter than that. The minimum can be longer over holidays and in high season.
