The main house has two bedrooms: a primary with a king bed, and a second with a set of bunk beds. The living space opens onto the lake side of the house, so the view is the first thing you see in the morning.
The separate guest house has its own full bathroom, laundry, an efficiency kitchen and a dining table, with a loft bed upstairs. It gives a second family or a set of grandparents somewhere to spread out rather than sharing one roof.
Ten guests sleep comfortably across the two buildings. It is an easy drive from Ann Arbor, Brighton and Howell, and well within reach of Detroit and Lansing for a week on the water without a long haul.
